About the Employer

RFC is an independent Spirit filled church that was founded in 2004 by Lead Pastors, Dean & Kim Hawk, who began the church after 23 years of doing youth and supportive ministry roles in the local church.  Today RFC is a young and vibrant family of believers with an average age of 29 year old.  The culture of Rock is warm, inviting, and friendly with a high priority placed upon children’s and youth ministry.  We own a 72,000 SF building on 17 acres of land in the heart of Colorado Springs and average 1200-1400 people in person attendance between the two Sunday morning services with another 750 who participate online.  Rock is board governed and is a partner church with ARC (Association of Related Churches).  We operate on a cash basis and have never had any debt other than our building mortgage.
