About the Employer

PLI was founded in 1998. Since that time, PLI has trained several thousand pastors, their spouses, and other leaders around the world. PLI educates, trains and sends women and men to be missionaries within their communities – to be in relationship with normal everyday people in a normal everyday kind of way. We believe that PLI is being called by God to significantly accelerate a movement of the Gospel by training a global family of 30,000 leaders and churches, for the purpose of multiplying a diverse set of 30,000 evangelistic communities.

More recently, Multipli launched, in 2021, to train the people of God to lead out the mission of God in their everyday context. As a companion organization, Multipli also pursues the vision of seeing 30,000 leaders trained to lead 30,000 communities.
